What do the abbreviations AGV and AMR stand for?

The abbreviations and terms, AGV and AMR play an important role in the automation of logistics processes: AGVs follow precise, predefined paths, which significantly improves the efficiency of production lines for industrial companies. AMRs, on the other hand, navigate freely within a defined area and thus raise the flexibility and scalability of operating processes to a new level.

Which tolerances can be compensated for docking tasks?

With the ODU-MAC® Silver-Line P4+ frame, tolerances of up to 4.0 mm can be radially compensated. Axial tolerances of up to 1.0 mm can be compensated.

What can I transmit via a modular connectors?

With a modular connector, different media can be flexibly combined and transmitted within one interface. These include signals, power, high-current, high-voltage, RF signals (coax), media such as air or liquids as well as data rates and fiber optics. The transferable data protocols include SPE, CAT 6A, USB®, HDMI® and DisplayPort.

What currents can be transmitted with ODU-MAC®?

Our high-current modules are capable of transmitting currents of up to 225 A with a termination cross-section of 50 mm².

We need currents > 300 A for fast charging. Is there an off-the-shelf solution that we can use?

The ODU-MAC® Power Connector enables safe transmission with touch protection in a robust connector and combines high-current up to 600 A and high-voltage.

 

Is the ODU-MAC® Silver-Line available in other colors?

For our ODU-MAC® Silver-Line, we have the option of anodizing the frame according to your wishes. Simply send us your request.

What if I haven't found a solution that meets my requirements?

ODU offers a wide range of modules, enclosures and frames to make your solution as individual as possible. If this is not enough, we can always discuss a customized solution.
