47 junior employees have started their training at ODU on 01.09.2023. The young people start in 13 different apprenticeships and four dual study programs.
Training manager Anna Edmaier is delighted: "At ODU, we value strong training. It is clear to us that we can only achieve sustainable company growth by bringing in our top performers of the future today. The fact that 47 young people have once again decided to pursue their professional future with ODU this year is a good signal for us that we are on the right track." The figures of the past few years prove this attitude: 173 trainees have successfully completed their training at ODU in the last 5 years.
