On Friday, December 15, we laughed, ate and celebrated together.
The management took the opportunity to review the year and look ahead to the challenges ahead. The Works Council spoke about the importance of cooperation and team spirit, which make our working environment so special. Another item on the evening's agenda was the honoring of our jubilarians, who were recognized for their many years of loyalty and commitment. Their merits were highlighted in the speeches by the management, emphasizing the importance of each individual for the company.
As every year, some of our employees performed a sketch. With a lot of humor and creativity, they made the more than 1,000 employees laugh with funny anecdotes.
The celebration was the perfect occasion to end the year in a cheerful atmosphere and get in the mood for the coming year full of new challenges and opportunities.
