Yes, custom outer contours may also be possible for special requirements.
As standard, ODU contacts can be gold or silver‐plated. For custom requirements, other surfaces are also possible on request.
ODU SPRINGTAC® and ODU TURNTAC® Contacts can be used between –40 °C and +125 °C. For ODU LAMTAC® Contacts, the upper temperature limit is +150 °C. Special high‐temperature contacts with an upper limit of +300 °C are available on request.

The ODU SPRINGTAC® Contacts achieve up to 100,000 mating cycles. The springwires create an extremely large number of contact points, which guarantee constant transmission resistance.
The max. current‐carrying capacity depends on the product and the selected size. In high‐current applications, up to 2,000 A and more can be achieved. We will be happy to advise you on this topic.
