As of September 1, 2023, Robert Klemisch will be appointed to the management board for Technology & Operations.
Robert Klemisch is a long-time employee of ODU and looks back on an impressive 20-year career with the company. In his previous role as COO, he headed the operations division worldwide and made a significant contribution to the company's success. In his new role as management board member, he will also be responsible for the technical and supply chain departments in addition to his previous responsibilities. Robert Klemisch has deep ODU knowledge, extensive experience and outstanding competence, which he now brings to his new position.
Klemisch's areas of responsibility include the strategic orientation of technological development and the optimization of operational processes. He will work closely with the globally responsible executives in Engineering and Operations to further strengthen ODU's innovative power and expand the company's position as a leading provider of connector systems.

The management board of ODU would also like to thank Dr.-Ing. Kurt Woelfl. He is currently focusing on the management board of the Market Area and the Automotive BU.
