Instead of a conventional cable connection, the flatsocket uses a contact pin for connection. This can be mated to an ODU SPRINGTAC® or ODU LAMTAC® Contact Socket, which in turn is installed in a connector that has been preassembled in accordance with your requirements. The ODU SPRINGTAC® Flatsocket with quick‐change head connection is then integrated into an interchange part: You can replace the test adapter quickly and easily as required – with no additional assembly work.
