High-voltage connectors

High-voltage in practice

Whether for continuous voltage and current in industrial, or test and measurement environments, or short-term voltage peaks in the medical field - such as pulsed field ablation: High-voltage places special requirements on your connectors. Crucial here: It must be possible to combine the necessary dielectric strength with ever-increasing miniaturization - without compromising on safety and reliability.

Thanks to our experience in the design of clearance and creepage distances together with our know-how in preventing partial discharge, we develop durable solutions for electrical applications under high-voltage conditions."

Proven standard solutions for high-voltage

Our portfolio includes standardized solutions that have already been successfully used in a wide range of applications.
In addition, we can develop customized connector solutions specifically for your requirements.

Modular connectors for high-voltage applications

Circular connectors for high-voltage applications

ODU MEDI-SNAP®: 1,000 V / 80 A

With the proven ODU LAMTAC® technology for contacting in size 3.5, the highest power is safely transmitted in the smallest installation space, combined with push-pull locking for optimum ease of use.

ODU MEDI-SNAP®: 1,600 V

Color-coded cable bend relief and colored rings on the receptacle ensure maximum safety. Mechanical coding prevents mismating and ensures safe handling.

ODU MEDI-SNAP® 1,000 V / 16 A

Convince yourself of the simplest and safest handling thanks to lagging contacts, which combine hot plugging prevention and specified touch protection.

ODU MEDI-SNAP® 1,300 V

For applications in which sensitive signals must be transmitted shielded via a shield tunnel and at the same time mating status detection is required.

High-voltage-resistant connectors for special requirements

Because higher clearance and creepage distances to the insulation must be complied with in the high-voltage range, the individual development of connectors with a small size is a challenge - and at the same time our strength.

Custom Solutions

One of many possibilities: The pre-assembled ODU-MAC Blue-Line is equipped with high-voltage modules and ensures individual and reliable transmission.

Hand in hand: Development and inspection

Customized production sounds expensive? Not with us. Our design department works hand in hand with development and the laboratory. We test your prototypes directly in-house - tailored to your requirements and quickly optimized. For you, this means a custom-fit, reliable solution in the shortest possible time.

In-house inspections: Early detection, reliable protection

Laboratory tests - such as the partial discharge measurement shown here - detect weak points in the insulation at an early stage, even before an electrical breakdown occurs. This not only ensures the longevity of your product, but also safe operation and reliable operation.
