Modular Docking Interface

The Modular Docking Interface for power and signal distribution allows a high flexibility due to the integration of the ODU-MAC® as well as high compensation of misalignments and offers more than 10,000 mating cycles.

Flexible R&D process ad 1-to-1 engineering

Throughout the development process, your project remains in the hands of a single person at ODU – to whom you can address all your questions. Thanks to our vertical range of manufacture of 75%, we can ensure that you are always involved in the development process for your customized solution.

FEM simulation for initial virtual prototypes

In addition to examining the feasibility of your project, we also give careful thought to the choice of manufacturing materials. By means of FEM simulations, we even check whether everything „fits“ ahead of production, e. g., by determining the optimal material or geometry for your application. This guarantees both a fast turnaround time and an economical solution.

ODU‐MAC® Blue‐Line as a customized solution

The preassembled ODU‐MAC® Blue‐Line is equipped, among other things, with high‐voltage modules and ensures individual and reliable transmission.
