Automatic docking

High mating cycles during automatic docking! Among other things, the reliable contact technology and floating support for the frames ensure a particularly long service life for the docking unit. Once the slide‐in unit has been engaged far enough, the ODU‐MAC®’s guidance system takes care of the fine tuning.

Docking frame selection

Always the right solution: With the ODU‐MAC® Silver‐Line you can choose between different frames. Depending on your requirements, we can supply variants for small installation spaces, increased mechanical loads, or with floating supports, among other features. On request, we will be happy to offer you special solutions tailored to your needs.

Optional strain relief housing

The durable strain relief housing reliably protects the termination area from external influences. It can be combined with all ODU‐MAC® Docking Frames and is available with tailored strain‐relief, cable outlets, as well as grounding connections. If required, PCBs and other components can be secured inside the protected interior of the housing.

Quick‐change head solution for minimum maintenance effort

The ODU‐MAC® Silver‐Line offers a quick‐change head solution that enables up to 10 million mating cycles. The front part of the connector frame is replaced, while the rear part including cable assembly remains unchanged. This process takes just seconds and ensures minimal maintenance times.

ODU-MAC® Silver-Line in practical applications

The robust interfaces of the ODU-MAC® Silver-Line enable a transmission of pneumatics, high current and data in one connector. Due to the high number of mating cycles and the time-saving tool change, the company HMP GmbH & Co.
